Little ones love feeling included and being a part of the action at mealtimes. The Mocka Soho Wooden Highchair is a highchair contemporary design with no tray so that your little one can sit at the table with the rest of the family.

Parents and caregivers love how easy it is to clean the Soho Wooden Highchair. The simple design means that you won’t be digging food out of nooks and crannies; a quick wipe down with a damp cloth after a meal and you’re done.

As with many Mocka products, the Soho Wooden Highchair will grow with your child. The five seat heights and nine foot rest heights mean that from 6 months to 6 years your little one won’t need any other chair. While they are younger, a bar at stomach height and a between the legs strap helps keep them safe. The safety bar is easily removed as your child grows.

For the environmentally-conscious you will be pleased to know that our highchairs are made from sustainable beechwood that is PEFC certified. The Soho Highchair Natural is finished with a non-toxic, water-based, natural finish. Other colours are finished with a non-toxic, water-based, matte paint finish.

  • Soho Highchair with removable safety bar
  • set of seat cushions (wipe clean or hand wash only)
  • a shoulder and waist harness,
  • safety strap between the child's legs.

We have been using the Mocka original highchair and the Soho highchair for our 2 children as they have grown from starting first solids through to 4 years. Both chairs have grown with them to sit them ergonomically at 90 degrees at the elbows, hips, knees and ankles. When they had a growth spurt, we would loosen the screws and adjust the height of the seat and footrest.

The Soho is great for the slightly older baby for use with the safety rail and harness or if you know you'll never use the tray which is available on the original Mocka highchair. Once they got a bit older and able to climb, the safety rail was easily removed and they could get better access to the chair.

The chair could be left at a slight angle to the table so that as soon as they could climb, they could independently get themselves onto the chair. We stuck felt pads under the legs to easily push them right in under the table.
The seat padding did tend to slip around a bit due to the fabric type but a bit of non-slip matting to the back helped to solve this small issue. the padding was easy to throw in the washing machine in a delicates bag when needed, however, I note that Mocka recommends handwashing.

For what you get and how long it lasts, this is a great buy!
