Inspired by the sleekness of Scandinavian design, the PROPPR is an elegant, Australian designed, and Australian made bathroom footrest.
Having both form and function, the PROPPR is designed to help you simulate the squatting position when toileting. When you PROP (squat) the puborectalis muscle relaxes, and your colon straightens, allowing for a quick, easy and complete release every time. You can read all about why we were meant to squat here. It can benefit anyone of any age, but it is especially great for use during pregnancy and postpartum when constipation and haemorrhoids are common, and a quick movement is a good movement (especially when your baby is unsettled). 'The PROPPR - The essential bathroom footrest' was originally brought to life by a crowd-funding campaign back in 2015. The then owners and founders saw a gap in the market for a quality and beautifully designed toilet footstool that considered ‘form’ as well as function. The PROPPR is now owned and sold online by a Australians, Zhenya Gerson, a colonic hydrotherapist/gut health specialist and Jacqueline Weiley, a marketing and communications professional. They are both passionate about spreading the word about the PROPPR.
