Serving suggestion (how we like it):

• Spoon in the desired amount/around 1.5 teaspoons of The Mothers Blend powder into a glass
• Add a small amount of water to a glass (around 1/3 of the glass capacity)
• Mix well with a handheld milk frother (or spoon)
• Optional: Add crushed ice
• Add the remaining water and drink it down
• Continue to stir as you drink, being sure to drink in all the remnant goodness at the bottom. 
• Enjoy the benefits for the rest of the day
